A licensed online casino offer run into Poland via push notification traffic over three weeks — 410 registrations at $4.60 CPA, $1,886 total spend.

The task

The client had tested the geo on their own and landed on an unstable result. Needed to launch a licensed online casino offer into Poland via push traffic and deliver a flow of registrations within a limited budget.

We worked the "iGaming" vertical in the Poland market. Payment model — CPA per registration, main sources — push traffic.

How we did it

We built the buy around four decisions.

  • Built creatives around large jackpot amounts and specific slot imagery instead of generic casino branding — specificity in the game name or jackpot amount consistently beat vague phrasing.
  • Added a mention of BLIK, a widely used mobile payment system in Poland, to the creative.
  • Tested five creatives against three lander variants and picked the combination leading straight to the registration bonus rather than general platform information.

What went wrong

Not everything went according to plan. An earlier creative set didn't mention payment methods at all, which lowered clickthrough, and a longer lander with general platform information added an extra step before registration.

Added the local BLIK payment method to the creative and moved the winning combination to a short lander leading straight to the registration bonus — this removed the extra step and noticeably lifted registration completion rate.

The result

Once stabilized, the campaign held the following numbers. Over the three weeks: registrations — 410, cost per registration — $4.60, total spend — $1,886.

Over three weeks the campaign delivered 410 registrations at $4.60 CPA and $1,886 spend.

What we took away

  • A specific jackpot amount or game name in the creative outperforms generic casino branding.
  • Visibility of the local payment method in the creative itself is a small but reproducible clickthrough lever in markets with a dominant local payment method.
  • One extra step between the click and the registration form noticeably lowers the completion rate.
These numbers belong to one specific setup, geo, and buying period. Economics will differ on another offer or in another season — we always recalculate them before launch.
